How do I receive my purchase?

All purchases are delivered instantly to your in-game account. Make sure you're logged into the server with the same username you used during checkout. If you don't receive your items within 5 minutes, please contact support.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the items haven't been used. Digital goods that have been applied to your account are generally non-refundable. Please contact support for specific cases.

My purchase didn't arrive, what do I do?

First, make sure you're on the correct server and logged in with the right account. Wait at least 5 minutes, then try reconnecting. If the issue persists, contact support with your order ID and username.

Can I transfer my rank to another account?

Rank transfers are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we allow one transfer per purchase. Please contact support with both account usernames and your proof of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and various cryptocurrency options through our payment processor.

Are purchases permanent?

Ranks and permanent cosmetics remain on your account forever. Consumable items like crate keys and boosters are one-time use. Credits remain until spent in the credit shop.
